COVID 19 UPDATE

We are still shipping all orders, however please note that Australia Post are experiencing delays in processing deliveries. Destinations including the United States of America and New Zealand continue to face challenges. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched. 

All orders are sent using Australia post and the cost of shipping will be calculated at the time of purchases. Postage costs depends on the amount/type of clothing you buy.

All orders are generally sent within 4-5 business days once payment has been received, or, in the case of a pre order, when the product becomes available, however please allow up to 10 business days once payment has been received for us to send your order. If we are unable to deliver your order to you within 30 days of the date of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel the order and are entitled to receive a full refund. Shipping may occur after 5 days if a later shipping date is specified.

Orders are only sent Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays in New South Wales. 

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be sent to your "Ship" address as determined by your account details. Please make sure this info is 100% correct before placing an order as it is not our responsibility if you provide us with the incorrect address.

We offer pre-order titles (a new album, merch item) and the release date when this stock will be available is listed in the product details. Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on the week of release but are not guaranteed to arrive on the release date. Orders with a pre-order item, will be held the release date.

WARNER MUSIC AUSTRALIA are not responsible for any items that are "Lost" in the mail. If you think you order has been lost or sent to the wrong address please contact us at stores@warnermusic.com. We will endeavor to do everything we can to locate your order.
